Amazing food. Their food is very tasteful. Their service is a bit slow so just come prepared to wait but definitely worth the wait! I love that they are open late and their ambiance is good.
Stopped at La Carreta de mi Tierra on our way to Portland and wow, the food is amazing! The tacos and militas are 100% authentic with hand made corn tortillas and a variety of salsas and extras like cucumber, radish, onion etc. My sister ordered a burrito and it was delicious as well. The place itself isn't the most attracting but it's clean and makes you feel like you're in Mexico. I would definitely recommend this place and will be back when traveling to Oregon again.
Tacos: 2 Lengua, 2 Tripa (extra crispy) and 1 Pastor with a Agua de Piña. AMAZING! Great Service! The salsa bar is to die for!

One of my favorite taco carts and as a night owl or just an owl that I am they're open late until 3am most nights. So it's very owl friendly in that regard. Anyway this is one of maybe 3 or 4 taco shops I frequent but always on the hunt as I found this place very recently.
Great burritos! Somewhat limited hours evenings from Thurs-Sunday if I'm correct. Don't miss out on their freshly handmade tortillas and ample homemade salsas!
